Wis77 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wis77" or "Platform" refers to the wis77.biz website, along with all related services, mobile applications, and systems operated under the wis77 brand.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account with WIS77 and has been approved to use the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member on wis77 to access games and services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds, free credits, or other benefits granted by WIS77 to Members, subject to the conditions specified.
• "Bet" refers to any wager of real money placed by a Member on any game or activity available on WIS77.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• "RNG" refers to a Random Number Generator (RNG) – a system that produces game outcomes randomly and fairly.

To register and use wis77's services, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old upon registration. WIS77 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage registration. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
2. Citizens and Residents: WIS77's services are offered to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with their local laws.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to a court order prohibiting gambling are not permitted to register.
4. One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account at wis77. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
5. wis77 Employees: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of WIS77 staff are not permitted to register or play on the platform.

Registering an account with WIS77 is free and takes less than 2 minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. The required details include:

• Full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad) or passport
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• An active and accessible email address
• A strong password of at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. wis77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the wis77 support team immediately at support@wis77.biz.

WIS77 supports a range of payment methods that are fully Malaysia-centric for the convenience of our members. All transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.

Withdrawal Policy: The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for all methods. WIS77 processes withdrawal requests within 24 business hours. Actual processing times depend on the chosen method — e-wallets typically take 1–4 hours, while bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your WIS77 account. WIS77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Wis77 offers a variety of bonus and promotion programmes from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. General bonus terms are as follows:

1. Wagering Requirement (Rollover): All bonuses received must be wagered in accordance with the specified rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements are typically between 5x and 20x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
2. Validity Period: Each bonus has a clearly stated validity period. Bonuses not utilised within that period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Members may only benefit from one bonus at any given time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
4. Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, systematically using low-risk betting strategies to meet rollover requirements, or colluding with other Members — is prohibited and may result in account closure without refund of balances.
5. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat and Blackjack may contribute at a lower rate. Full details are available in the terms of each bonus.

All games available on WIS77 — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Live Casino, Virtual Sports, and others — are subject to their respective game rules available within the game interface. General rules are as follows:

• All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been verified by an independent certification body. Results are final and non-contestable.
• Any technical issue during gameplay that causes a disruption will be resolved based on WIS77's server records, which are recognised as the definitive source of truth.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through unlawful means will be voided and the balance forfeited.
• Wis77 reserves the right to void and refund any bet in the event of a significant technical error.
• Members found using automated software, bots, or any other method to exploit games will face immediate action, including permanent account closure.

For virtual sports, all matches are conducted using computer simulation with a certified RNG. Results are not influenced by any external factors, and each match is entirely independent of previous ones.

Every Member is fully responsible for managing their account responsibly. This includes:

• Update information: Members must notify WIS77 of any changes to personal information such as phone number or email address.
• Account security: Never share your password, OTP code, or login credentials with anyone. wis77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of account information.
• Inactive account: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. An administrative fee of RM5 per month may be charged on inactive accounts after that period.
• Account closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting WIS77 support. Any balance that has not met the withdrawal requirements will be forfeited.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all WIS77 Members, the following are strictly prohibited:

1. Registering more than one account using the same or different identities
2. Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account
3. Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of wis77's systems
4. Using third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
5. Engaging in money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform
6. Spreading false or misleading information about WIS77 to other Members
7. Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language towards WIS77 staff or other Members
8. Pooling funds with other Members to manipulate game outcomes

WIS77 takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in compliance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Personal information provided during registration and use of the platform is collected, used, and protected in accordance with WIS77's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on our Privacy Policy page.

• Not selling, renting, or disclosing your personal information to third parties without your consent
• 256-bit SSL encryption is used to protect all data transmitted between your device and wis77's servers
• Storing data on secure servers with strict access controls
• Giving you the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures or user device issues
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to the Member's failure to safeguard their login credentials
• Any action or decision made by a Member based on information found on the platform

WIS77's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

WIS77 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to Members via:

• Email to the address registered on your account
• Announcements on the WIS77 homepage

Changes will take effect within 7 days from the date the notification is issued, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform after that effective date constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the amended terms.

It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Live Chat: Members must first contact the WIS77 support team and allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue within 14 business days.
2. Arbitration: If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.
3. Jurisdiction: Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal proceedings relating to this platform.
